When will my goods be delivered?
Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, your goods will be shipped as soon as they are in stock (providing you order before 2 pm). UK Mainland will ship on a 2-3 working day service. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Ireland (Eire), Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles will ship on 3-4 working day service. You will receive an e-mail outlining when you can expect delivery of your item(s).
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Until your order ships we are able to amend or cancel it. If the item has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please contact our customer services team on 0118 965 5000 to amend or cancel your order. Orders cannot be changed/cancelled online.
