FlexPoint RS-232 to Fibre Converters


Use fibre cabling to extend RS-232 communications as far as 60 kilometres!


  • Work as serial RS-232 fibre converters and half-/full-duplex extenders that autosense speeds up to 115.2 kbps.
  • Feature DTE/DCE configuration for easy connections to DTE or DCE devices using straight-through cabling.
  • Remote loop capability for remote fibre testing and LEDs for status monitoring.
  • All work as standalone or hot-swappable chassis-based extenders.
  • Include DC power supplies. Or you can power multiple units with the space-saving 19" rackmountable FlexPoint Power Chassis.
